Hi, I’m Katie! I am a Certified Reiki Master, tea maker, healer, and researcher in Denver, CO. I have been walking the line between mystical witchy woman and businesswoman my entire career. As I have grown spiritually and professionally, I have wanted to create a space to help others heal holistically. My hope is to share my knowledge and encourage as much healing as possible.
Mind’s Eye Wellness
Mind’s Eye Wellness emerged from my fascination with holistic healing—spiritually, physically, and emotionally. After navigating chronic illness and experiencing remarkable transformation through dietary adjustments, herbal remedies, and energy healing practices, I was inspired to establish Mind’s Eye Tea, an organic herbal tea company, in 2021.
Guided by an evolving spiritual journey, I gravitated towards ancient energetic healing modalities like reiki. Upon receiving my initial reiki attunement, it dawned on me that sharing this profound healing method with others was the pivotal step to amalgamate all my passions into a singular holistic enterprise: Mind’s Eye Wellness.
MY BACKGROUND
My journey has always been propelled by an insatiable curiosity to deeply understand and enhance the lives of those around me. Over the past decade, I've thrived in the corporate realm, culminating my efforts in person-centered research. Armed with both a bachelor's and a master's degree, my academic pursuits in psychology and research methodology have honed my ability to think critically and creatively across all facets of life, especially in approaching healing and research with a person-centered ethos.
In 2021, while residing in North Carolina, I embarked on a new venture by founding Mind’s Eye Tea, an organic herbal tea company. Swiftly gaining popularity, my teas found their way onto the shelves of local shops and markets throughout Raleigh, NC. While immensely gratified by the opportunity to aid others through herbalism, I felt a deep calling to amplify the healing potential of my teas by integrating them with complementary modalities. This aspiration impelled me to pursue Master Level Reiki training, culminating in the inception of Mind’s Eye Wellness—a holistic enterprise dedicated to nurturing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
